Senior Leadership Apprenticeship

USHA has partnered with Loughborough Business School (LBS) to tailor the existing Senior Leader Apprenticeship – MSc Strategic Leadership exclusively for Health and Safety professionals.

USHA recognises the necessity for H&S professionals to have access to a specialised curriculum that directly addresses the unique challenges of their field. This bespoke development program is meticulously designed by H&S professionals for H&S colleagues, providing a transformative experience that enhances leadership and management skills in a manner that aligns with industry-specific needs.

Who is it for?

The Senior Leader Apprenticeship – MSc Strategic Leadership is designed for H&S professionals at mid to senior levels who already hold a NEBOSH certificate, diploma, or equivalent qualification. This program is not intended to enhance H&S knowledge but rather to develop leadership and management skills. It provides a strong theoretical foundation to help participants become better leaders in the field, equipping them with the strategic capabilities needed to excel in senior roles.

Why Choose This Apprenticeship?

The Senior Leader Apprenticeship – MSc Strategic Leadership offers a comprehensive curriculum that combines theoretical knowledge with practical application. The program includes real-world scenarios specifically tailored to the challenges faced by Health and Safety professionals, ensuring that participants can immediately apply what they learn.

Participants will benefit from the expertise of invited speakers who are seasoned professionals in the H&S field, providing valuable insights and sharing their experiences. Additionally, the apprenticeship fosters networking opportunities, allowing you to engage with a cohort of like-minded H&S professionals, build valuable connections, and collaborate with peers who share your dedication to the field.

The deadline for applications is 31st July 2024.
