Professional Education Programme for Health and Safety Leaders
15/09/2026 – 09/12/2026

USHA in partnership with Loughborough University
Professional Education Programme for Health and Safety Leaders.
The four modules each focusing on a key capability required for effective management and leadership within complex university environments.
While each session can stand alone, the modules are designed to build progressively from personal effectiveness and relationship management through to organisational influence, strategic thinking and financially informed decision-making. The sessions combine practical frameworks, discussion, case-based activities and reflective exercises to support the application of learning in participants’ own professional contexts.
Learning will be supported through the university’s virtual learning environment (LEARN), which will provide pre-reading, session materials and practical tools to reinforce learning between sessions and support ongoing professional development.
