The event is going to be in building 59 on the Earley Gate side. 

The USHA South East Regional meeting is going to be held at the Whiteknights Campus of The University of Reading on the outskirts of Reading.  Car parking on the site is limited (please do not park in the car park reserved for the STC building as this is a tenanted building and the parking is not available for university use) and vehicles must display a car parking permit – if you intend to drive to the site, it would be helpful if you could indicate this prior to the event so that arrangements can be made in advance and car sharing is advised.  The following website provides you with the details of how to get here - http://www.reading.ac.uk/about/find/about-findindex.asp.  If you are driving and wish to get direction, please use RG6 6UR do not use any other post code for the University or you may end up at Sorting Office in the town centre.  There are generally car parking spaces available on the main side of campus in car parks 7 and 11.

There is a regular bus service through the edge of the campus (approximately every 10 mins) bus numbers 20 and 21 and then you will need to walk through the Campus to the Earley Gate side (allow 10-15 mins). Other bus services do serve the roads nearby and the most useful is the Number 17 bus which stops just around the corner from the road entrance to the Earley Gate side of campus.  The bus fare is £1.70 single and exact money is required. The main train station is in the Town Centre and you can then either use a bus (as above) or take a taxi (approx £8), however, it is also possible to use Earley Station, which is about a 20-30 minute walk from the Earley Gate side of campus.
