Who we are

The Wales Regional Group is made up of HE Institutions in Wales who are also members of USHA

The present member institutions of the Group are:

Aberystwyth University Bangor University Cardiff University
Glyndwr University Swansea Metropolitan University Swansea University
University of Wales Institute, Cardiff University of Glamorgan University of Wales, Lampeter 
University of Wales, Newport                    

The Group normally meets three times a year to discuss topics of interest and to look at particular issues at the request of the USHA executive. There is no written constitution or terms of reference and the meetings are informal.

Communication

Meetings are hosted by institutions in rotation, with the host acting as Secretary and Chair for the occasion.
Mr John Curtis, University of Glamorgan, is the Group’s Regional representative on the USHA Planning Group and can be contacted as co-ordinator for further details at jbcurtis@glam.ac.uk.

Hasnet-wales is the mailing list for the Group.

The mailing list can be used for administrative purposes and for the exchange of ideas and information about things the Group are discussing in particular.

The address is hasnet-wales@jiscmail.ac.uk

Mark Hoare  is the Hasnet-wales list co-ordinator.
