Midlands Group
Next Meeting
The next meeting of the Group will be 30 March 2009 at University of Leicester.
The host will be Rob Woods.
Rob would like an idea of numbers so please could you e-mail him direct if you would like to attend (R.S.Woods@.derby.ac.uk) .
Please could you let David Veale know if you have any items for the agenda (d.r.veale@warwick.ac.uk until 26/10/08 and daveveale@aol.co thererafter).
Joining instructions etc will be circulated nearer the time.
Who we are
The Midlands Regional Group is made up of HE Institutions in the Midlands who are also members of USHA
The present member institutions of the Group are:

The Group meets three to four times a year to discuss topics of interest and to look at particular issues at the request of the USHA executive. There is no written constitution or terms of reference and the meetings are informal.
Communication
Hasnet-Midlands is the mailing list for the Group and is open to staff who are eligible to be on the other Hasnet lists.
The mailing list can be used for administrative purposes and for the exchange of ideas and information about things the group are discussing in particular.

David Veale, acts as Group's secretary.
Mark Hoare is the Hasnet-Midlands list co-ordinator.

is a member of USHA
is roughly within the geographical area of the present institutions
